Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with consumer law in Norway, the EU and the UK. To use your right of withdrawal, contact us through our contact page and tell us which order and items you want to return. We will send you the return address.

Returning items

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, the cost of returning it is paid by the customer. Please take reasonable care of the item – you may be charged for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics, skincare and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back. The refund is made to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or give you a full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory consumer rights in the country where you live always apply.
