About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from Kozvik. By placing an order you accept these terms. We sell to consumers in Norway, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Iceland. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law of the country where you live always apply, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Orders and payment

An agreement is made when you receive our order confirmation by email. Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout; orders of 750 kr or more ship free. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. If an order is significantly delayed, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy.

Complaints

If an item is faulty, you can complain within at least two years of receiving it (longer where your local law gives you more time). Contact us through our contact page. If we cannot agree, you can contact the consumer authority in your country.
