Shipping costs

We deliver to Norway and to every country we ship to in Europe: all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Iceland. Prices are shown in your local currency.

• Orders under 750 kr: standard shipping 59 kr (or the equivalent in your currency).
• Orders of 750 kr or more: free shipping.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, mainly in Asia and Europe. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch; in busy periods a few items can take a little longer. If an order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

Christmas

To be sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering no later than 1 December.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and import fees

VAT is included in our prices. Some items are shipped from outside your country or outside the EU. If you are ever charged customs duties or import fees when receiving your order, please contact us with a copy of the invoice and we will reimburse you.
